We are a small, lively restaurant in the heart of Primrose Hill dedicated to cooking delicious food in a friendly casual environment where you may drop in for a coffee, a glass of wine, a quick bite or a more substantial meal.
Our chefs are an enthusiastic enquiring bunch and love to cook with seasonal produce and quality ingredients. They believe that less is more and that the best ingredients should be allowed to speak for themselves so they are always on the look-out for great produce whether it be a sourdough, a perfectly roasted coffee bean, Spanish hams such as Pata Negra from acorn fed pigs or a finely aged rib of beef.
We don’t define ourselves within a particular style of cuisine and are global in our outlook with an emphasis on simple presentation and flavoursome cooking.
Our dessert selection includes a daily changing selection of home made ice creams and sorbets based on the owner’s recipe book Lola’s Ice Creams and Sundaes. These are available all day along with a selection of cakes and loose leaf teas.
At weekends we operate a combination of reservations and walk-in tables so if we are unable to accommodate you on a reserved table it is always worth popping in to check availability as we may be able to seat you immediately or after just a short wait. Regretfully we are unable to accommodate parties larger than 8 for weekend brunch.
